1. 负责公司各类产品的文案编辑及视频剪辑制作，用于公司平台素材投放与维护。
2. 负责娱乐、社交类APP等新媒体个人IP的孵化与运营，进行数据分析，调研目标用户群体的喜好，并制作符合公司定位的内容。
3. 进行整体规划与运营管理，明确定位、目标与发展战略，并确保落实执行。
4. 钻研主流短视频平台的规则、玩法与推荐机制，紧跟时事热点与舆论方向，不断研究能够产出爆款视频的内容。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for editing product content and video production for the company’s platform, including material for distribution and maintenance.
2. Oversee the incubation and operation of personal IPs on entertainment/social media apps, conduct data analysis, research target user preferences, and create content that aligns with the company’s positioning.
3. Plan and manage overall operations, ensuring clear positioning, goals, and strategies, and oversee their implementation.
4. Research and understand the rules, trends, and recommendation mechanisms of major short-video platforms, staying up-to-date with current events and public opinion to continuously produce viral video content.

Job Requirements:

1. High work efficiency, strong team spirit, initiative, creativity, and a good sense of aesthetics.
2. Excellent writing skills with the ability to create and edit written and visual content.
3. Familiarity with internet products and data analysis; proficient in office software.
4. Flexible thinking, self-driven, and focused on current internet trends and popular products.
5. Experience with social media or internet operations; basic English skills; Japanese proficiency at N2 level or above is preferred.
